Stanford Loan Service LLC itself only collects two fees for closing a loan. The first is the loan processing fee, which is paid upfront for a new loan application, necessary documentation and admin work involved to close the loan. The origination fee is a compensation fee of $120 paid after closing to compensate your lender.
